Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum 6 hour notice for all services. A credit card is required for all appointments. If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment, a $25 fee will apply. If you do not show/call the entire cost of the service will be charged. This applies for gift certificate clients as well.
Late arrivals may not receive a complete service depending on amount of bookings. Your service may be cut short.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Return Policy: Unused products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days.
